1. Independent Service Contractors
All mechanics, garages, and technicians listed on GarageGo are independent third-party service providers. They are not direct employees or partners of GarageGo. GarageGo acts solely as an intermediary technology platform facilitating service bookings.
2. Limitation of Liability & Fraud Protection
GarageGo shall not be held legally liable or responsible for:
- Personal Conduct & Misbehavior: Any dispute, argument, inappropriate conduct, or illegal behavior exhibited by independent mechanics or customers during on-site or off-site service.
- Pre-existing Vehicle Issues: Engine failure, pre-existing electrical glitches, mechanical damages, or wear-and-tear not caused directly by requested service activities.
- Theft or Loss: Any loss of personal belongings left unattended inside the vehicle during service or garage storage.
- Third-Party Fraud: Any offline transaction or cash deal struck between customer and mechanic outside the official GarageGo platform payment gateway.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must verify the assigned mechanicβs OTP before handing over vehicle keys. Customers are advised not to leave cash, valuables, or critical documents inside the vehicle.
4. Warranty & Spare Parts Guarantee
Genuine spare parts fitted through GarageGo bookings carry respective manufacturer warranties. GarageGo does not manufacture parts directly; warranty claims must strictly follow manufacturer policies.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any service grievance or conflict, users must first file a complaint through GarageGoβs Help Desk (Contact Us). Our support team will mediate between the customer and mechanic for an amicable resolution.
